Whether you’re unsure about which course is right for you or about the requirements for a particular course, we at Aide Australasia can help you. You can contact us through our online enquiry forms or via email.
We will endeavour to answer all queries within 48 hours to the best of our ability. To begin, you will be required to send us your CV along with a brief note of your study plan in Australia.
This will help us steer you towards the best course and pathway to suit your individual needs. We will then conduct an initial assessment on your skills and experience. Please note that we may need to speak with relevant stakeholders, such as your family members (for example, your parents) regarding your outcomes and opportunities in Australia. However, we will not do so without your express consent. Once you are deemed eligible for the program, we will send you the required information and registration form.
It is then up to you to provide us with the relevant information and return the completed registration form as soon as possible to enable us to kick-start the process. It is very important that you provide us with accurate and complete information. These will be necessary in enabling us to assist you towards admission in an Australian university.
Once you have given us the requisite information and other relevant documentation, we will assess your eligibility based on the criteria of the course you wish to enrol in. Aide Australasia will then submit your application to the university or school. It will be up to that particular institution to confirm your enrolment after which you will receive a Letter of offer and Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE after your acceptance of the Offer).
After obtaining your CoE from the respective university or school, we will help you apply for a suitable visa (student visa) through our migration agents. Our pool of Migration Agents, who are certified by the Australian Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA), will provide you with all the necessary migration advice and assistance.
Upon successfully receiving your Visa, you will be required to arrange all the necessary requirements (including flight tickets) for your arrival in Australia. Aide Australasia can pick you up at the airport and assist you in locating suitable accommodation. We will continue to provide you with our services even after your arrival in Australia. These include:
- Obtaining an Australian phone number and sim card;
- Setting up an Australian Bank account;
- Obtaining public transport card for travel; and
- Obtaining Tax File Number (TFN) which is required to work in Australia).
Furthermore, we will gladly assist you with a general orientation as well as provide you with advice about living and studying in Australia.
After the completion of your Australian qualification, you can then apply for work and permanent residency. We also extend our services after the completion of course which includes assistance for obtaining registration from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) if you are a nurse and or to obtain work with a goal towards obtaining permanent residency.
